About the Artist
Originally from Australia, Boris Burgess is a Hong Kong-based artist working primarily with reclaimed media. He describes his style as “modern tribal”, emphasising the spiritual and ritualistic aspects of tribal art, but filtered through a modern point-of-view.
While running a creative agency in Hong Kong, Boris began his art career in 2018 as an outlet for personal expression, using tangible materials and tactile media to produce his work.
