BORIS LIMITED: limited liability, limited time, limited edition.

Originally from Australia, Boris Burgess is a Hong Kong-based artist working primarily with reclaimed media. He describes his style as “modern tribal”, emphasising the spiritual and ritualistic aspects of tribal art, but filtered through a modern point-of-view. 

For Boris, the process of creating is instinctual, primitive, spiritual and unfiltered self-expression. Improvisation and stream of consciousness are other important aspects to the artistic process for him. 

His art has explored several different themes so far, including: Modern Tribal, Good Vibrations, The Flag Series, Archetype and Infinite Love.
